Warranty

  • Warranty Policy: All canes warranted against manufacturing or material defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • Lifetime Service Policy: Revolution will repair any damage to the Advantage Folding Cane for the original owner, regardless of the cause of damage. There is a $14.00 service fee plus shipping and handling for this service each time.

 

Returns & Repairs

When sending returns to Revolution Enterprises, Inc. please make sure to do the following:

  • Include:  What you are having returned or repaired.

  • Person:  To whom you would like to receive (the return) package.

  • Address: Where you would like the package to be delivered (shipped back) to.

  • Payment: A check for the amount of repair; item of purchase, or custom shipping request returned.

  • If you have something that you would like us to look at specifically then you may add a brief note of what you would like looked at.

  • Note: Please make sure that you have included this information inside your package.  That way you will be sure to get your items returned.  For questions please call our information below.  Thank you.
     

When sending by mail you may send packages

as your postage.  It will take a little longer to be received on both ends.  Otherwise you may pay postage and it will be received sooner.
